Access Maintenance

OCS Access are the largest provider of maintenance services for permanently installed suspended access equipment in the UK

We are the only provider with engineers based locally across the country.  

Our Engineers cover sites in all areas from Cornwall to the North of Scotland and also across the water in Ireland.We provide maintenance, inspection, testing and repair services for all types of equipment including Building Maintenance Units, Gantry systems, Cradle systems, Monorail systems and Lifting equipment.  We also operate systems for other purposes such as brickwork inspections and repairs, window glazing repairs, cladding surveys, external lighting etc.  

PPM´s are generally carried out on a quarterly basis in accordance with BS6037-1:2003 and BS6037-2:2004 — the standards that govern the use of permanent access equipment in the UK.  

Through our experienced teams of Directors, Managers and Engineers we are able to provide a comprehensive service up to and including major refurbishment and overhaul of equipment that has been out of service for some time.
